The Minnekhada Park Association respects the privacy of users who visit the MPA website. All information you supply to this site will be used solely by The Minnekhada Park Association and will not be sold to any third parties.

Any personal information provided by you to MPA through the use of this website will only be used for the following purposes:

  • updating and enhancing membership records
  • defining areas of interest to you, improving the website to meet users' habits and requirements and compiling information relating to users' movements across the website
  • advising you of other MPA activities and services which may be of interest.
  • By submitting your personal data via the website, you are consenting to the processing of your personal data for the purposes and by the means set out above.

    This data protection and privacy policy statement relates solely to the information provided by you on the website.

    The Minnekhada Park Association maintains a strict "no-spam" policy. Your email address will not be sold or transferred to a third party under any circumstances without your consent.

    If you provide us with your email address, it will only be used for the purposes of sending you our enewsletter and notifying you of activities or services you may be interested in.

    When you request a web page, image, or any other content from the MPA website, it is usual for your web browser software to automatically send us your computer's domain name, IP address, software model and version, operating system and screen resolution. It is not usual for your web browser software to transmit to us your email address. We may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the MPA website and our services, and we may provide such aggregate information to third parties.     The above policies are applicable to the publicly accessible website of The Minnekhada Park Association, accessed via the website address (the MPA website).

    They do not cover the MPA Members site (accessed via the members area link). This area is a separate, private website which uses different technologies and can be accessed only by MPA members.

    The MPA website contains links to the websites of other organisations. The Minnekhada Park Association is not responsible for the data policies, content or security of any linked websites.
