Minnekhada Park Association Strategic Plan
We are a citizen empowered organization, incorporated as a society in Victoria, BC. Our group endeavors to bring to the larger public, the unique beauty and setting of Minnekhada Regional Park. In partnership with Metro Vancouver, we are working at preserving and enhancing this natural environment.
OUR MISSION is to preserve protect and enhance the natural environment of Minnekhada Regional Park, while advocating respect, appreciation and enjoyment of the Park’s natural and historic attributes as well as recreational resources.

Strategies:
• Lead a Range of Meaningful Stewardship Programs in the Park
• Develop Events and Programs with a Primary Focus on Nature-based Education
• Deepen Member Engagement
• Strengthen Volunteer Pool
• Implement a Record Management Structure to Organize and Streamline MPA Information and Documentation
• Strengthening Board Capacity
• Be an Active Community Voice in Management Planning for the Park
